Bare root plants are exactly that - plants that are despatched with bare roots, no soil, no compost, no pots.  They are dormant (not actively growing), eco-friendly, and economical.  The bare root season is from November to March annually and plants are despatched during this time. Pre-orders can be taken outside of this dormant period, so you can prepare for your garden at any time of year.
